Check Your Vitamins and Supplements!

Hey my fellow fitness fans!

Today I want to remind you to check your expiration date on all your pills, vitamins and supplements. I was going through mine recently and I realized that most of them expired in mid October, 2011. You don’t want to be taking anything that is expired because it may have horrible results.

They are your vitamins and it’s your health!

I recommend you take a few minutes and go through your vitamins and supplements. Your vitamins last a long while but you soon forget to check their expiration. It happens everyday and they made have adverse effects and may even become toxic to your body.

Do yourself the honor and double check them.
