Did you know eating a daily breakfast is one of the quickest way to start losing weight?

When you break-fast, that is stop the fasting from the sleep state to the waking active state you are actually starting your engine! This process gets your metabolism started and puts you on track to weight loss. However small or large your breakfast it helps just to get you going in the morning and for the rest of the day.

Metabolic Rate is the real key to Weight Loss.

Breakfast starts the entire process and forces your body to start processing intake and caloric consumption throughout the day. If you want to lose weight you should never skip breakfast.

When I was young, my mother always reinforced how important breakfast was and would always put something in my hands before leaving the house for school. The importance is not a singular thing. It has many reasons. Energy is needed to fuel the body and the mind. The food also starts the engine that burns calories throughout the day. Think of throwing logs into a chimney, if you dont start a small fire first the large logs wont catch and your house will be cold.

Without breakfast your body starts to go into what many call “Starvation Mode”!

A decrease in food intake can lower the metabolic rate as the body tries to conserve energy.
